Competitors must fill out the CACMA Divisions form completely as indicated. Before you submit the CACMA Divisions
form to CACMA, you must first pay for the events you have registered for by clicking the "Go pay for Registration"
sign. That will take you to Pay Pal where you will need to set up a free account. Then just provide them with the appropriate information and payment method. Then YOU MUST RETURN to the Divisions page by hitting the back button on your browser and select
the Submit button (be sure your selections were not erased) near the center of the right column on the CACMA Divisions
page. If you have submitted you personal information on the previous registration page, your preregistrations is then complete. Thanks for pre-registering on-line.
