TOURNAMENT RULES & PROCEDURES FOR TAIJIQUAN EVENTS These rules were inspired by comments made by Master Jou, Tsung Hwa in 1998, and developed by the Magic Tortoise Taijiquan
School. They were first implemented at CACMA (Carolinas Association of Chinese martial Arts) regional tournaments, and at the U.S.C.K.F. (United States Chinese Kuoshu
Federation) International Championships in July 2002. They were revised in 2003 to introduce a five-point must system for judging push-hands. The current version was
updated for the 2005 USCKF Championships. (You can also view this page on the Magic Tortoise site page by clicking this link http://www.magictortoise.com/tournresources.htm )
