Sifu Li started his training at the age of 12 in the Choy Li Fut system of kung fu. When his school was forced to close down,
he joined the Kong Hoi Kung Fu Association. There he began his studies in Lai Tong Pai and ultimately became the last closed door student of Lai Tong in Hong Kong. Master Li is now the International Chief
Instructor under Si Gung Kong Hoi. He still resides in Charlotte, NC and oversees the teachings of the three kwoons there and all Lai Tong Pai outside of Hong Kong.
