Thanks for visiting our web site. Kong Hoi Kung Fu Association ©-Sil Lum Mountain, Kings Mountain, NC is the only traditional kung fu school in the Kings Mountain area. Here, we teach the style of Lai Tong Pai ©. Known in the Sil Lum Temple as Poon Kuen (Encircle Fist) Kung Fu, it was handed down from our Grandmaster Kong Chui Hoi of the Kong Hoi Kung Fu Association© - Hong Kong. I hope you will find all the answers to any questions you might have about our kwoon and our style of Kung Fu.
